High School Scholarship Application

High school seniors may fill out this online application for memorial and/or Memorial Presbyterian Church scholarship consideration. Information provided by applicants is for the exclusive use of the Scholarship Committee for the purpose of selecting award recipients and is destroyed after the selection process is complete for the year. The only information retained is that which is needed by the MPC staff to administer the scholarships to the award winners for the duration that they receive the scholarship(s). The additional required documents may be attached to this online form or emailed to info@mempres.org.
