CALL FOR THE ANNUAL CONGREGATION MEETING

The Session of Memorial Presbyterian Church, Midland, Michigan, calls for the annual meeting of the congregation to be held Sunday, February 21, 2021, virtually via Zoom webinar at 12:00 p.m. The link will be provided below, as well as during worship service. The purpose of the meeting will be:

• To hear and act on the report from the Church Nominating Committee to elect six (6) congregation-at-large members, one of whom shall be a youth, to the Church

• Nominating Committee for one-year terms,

• To hear reports of the boards and organizations of the church,

• To hear the report from the MPC Legacy Foundation,

• To review the 2021 budget,

• To approve any changes in the terms of call for the pastors,

• To transact any business that may properly come before the congregation.
