Matt Benkert is the featured performer for the Kent S. Dennis Memorial Organ Recital. He will perform Grand Choir Dialogue, Sonata No. 6 in G Major, Sonata No. 3 in A Major, Mass for the Parishes, Requiescat in Pace, and Chorale No. 1 in E Major. Featured is Memorial Presbyterian’s Létourneau pipe organ, built in Saint-Hyacinthe, Québec.

Recital will also be livestreamed to our website, mempres.org and Facebook page, @MPCmidland. Masks and social distancing will be required. Guests are asked to make a free-will offering to benefit the Kent S. Dennis Memorial Endowed Scholarship, offered by the Midland Area Community Foundation, encouraging and enriching the musical education of present and future church or synagogue organists in the region by providing a scholarship for beginning or further study of the organ.
